Software Developer (Medior/Senior)

About Us

Sendot Research is located in Houten. We specialise in the development and production of sensors for greenhouse horticulture. Our sensors empower customers to produce healthy vegetables and fruits with reduced risk while simultaneously using energy and water more efficiently. Due to the growth of our company, we are seeking an individual who can acquire new knowledge and translate it into practical cultivation software solutions.

Who Are You

As a software developer, you play a crucial role in translating data obtained from sensors and robots into user-friendly interfaces and portals. These tools enable our customers to make faster decisions and truly make a difference in their processes. You will be responsible for developing user-friendly software for sensors and robots, data processing and interpretation, and digitalization. You will practically implement and respond to both internal and customer questions and comments. Additionally, you may contribute to the development of schedules and our strategic vision.

Your Qualifications:

• Relevant IT education, functioning at a bachelor’s degree level;
• Experience working with HTML, Javascript, PostCSS/Scss, Next.js / ReactJS, React Native, SQL, C#, JavaScript, PHP, Azure (Cloud Services) (is a plus);
• The ability to estimate hours for project realization;
• Communication skills to collaborate with the project manager and provide advice;
• Team player with the ability to work independently;
• Ambition to create things you are proud of.
• English speaker and writer.
