Sendot was again present during the Horticontact 2020. As an organization we offer growers optical sensors that help them improve their cultivation strategy.
During the 3 fair days, visitors could admire our new developments live, namely the pH and photosynthesis efficiency sensor.

Especially to demonstrate these new sensors, we had set up a test setup on our stand where visitors could follow important parameters of a bell pepper plant, which were measured by our sensors, in real time:

• Oxygen and temperature in the root environment
• pH in the root environment
• Photosynthesis efficiency combined with a PAR measurement on the leaf

Data was made available via our sensor web-based platform. Visitors could easily view and follow this data via their mobile phone. This has resulted in many interesting discussions and projects, which we will follow up further in the near future. Follow us on linkedin to keep following the results of important projects.

Due to the corona virus, Horticontact 2021 has been moved to 2022. We'll see each other then!
