Approach.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone gets the most out of our high-quality sensors. We achieve this through care and personal attention. The step-by-step plan for this is shown below.
Approach
This is how we work
Step 1 Introductory meeting & demonstration
Discuss opportunities and challenges in the area of sensors. We like to give a demo to illustrate this. This can be done face to face or remotely through a digital communication platform.
Step 2 Preparation and production of sensors
Once the choice has been made for sensors, we make preparations for their assembly and production. This takes place at our location in Houten. The turnaround time is about 6 weeks.
Step 3 Delivery
When the sensor(s) is/are almost ready, you will receive a notification from us about delivery. In this message, we provide more information on how to get started with our sensors and relevant links to real-world case studies, manuals and instructional videos.
Step 4 Training
Once the sensors have been delivered, we will schedule a phone call to conduct a brief training session. Together with our documentation, this will ensure proper installation and effective use of our products.
Step 5 Follow-up call
Two weeks after the training, we will contact you to check whether everything is going to plan. We will also answer any questions you may have at that time.
Step 6 Tips & Tricks
You will receive the Sendot newsletter each quarter, with tips & tricks.
